  • Do you offer customized or personalized items?
    • We do offer customized/personalized products! Cutom orders can be found in the Custom Orders collection. 

    • CUSTOM ORDER AND ADDITIONAL FEE INFO **Please read through thoroughly** 

      • Depending on the specifications of the custom order, including size, complexity, and quantity, please note that there may be a delay in shipping times (up to 2-3 weeks). However, we will still prioritize processing these orders as efficiently as possible.
      • We want you to love your custom order! For any further inquiries, please contact Cotton & Crew before placing your order at helpcottonandcrew@gmail.com. We are happy to provide additional information on your custom order request.
      • Cotton & Crew is unable to fulfill custom orders that contain copyrighted or trademarked images or phrases (such as Disney, NFL, lyrics, etc.). Please note that these requests will be denied and cancelled.
      • Please note that custom orders require additional time and may result in a higher production cost. Each custom order includes a $5.00 fee, which is included in the t-shirt price.
      • All required fields must be entered prior to placing your order. 
      • Cotton & Crew will email you with any questions, concerns, or issues regarding your custom order request. 
      • While we strive to fulfill your custom order, there may be times when this is not feasible. All custom orders must be carefully considered and evaluated. Thank you for your understanding, we value your business!
  • Do you accept order cancellations?
    • At this time, cancellations are not accepted.

    • Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

  • Do you offer wholesale? 
    • Unfortunately, we are not accepting wholesale orders at this time, but hope to in the future!

  • Where can I find sizing charts? 
    • Sizing charts are included in each product listing. Please be sure to double check your correct sizing prior to placing your order. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing.

      For an "oversized fit" always consider sizing up.

  • Where can I find color options? 
    • Color options are provided in each product listing. Each product offers select colors that are only available for that specific product. Please be sure to select your chosen color prior to placing your order. We do not offer refunds for incorrect color choice.

  • Why does the color look different from the website? 
    • Color disclaimer: It is important to know that colors can vary from each computer screen. Actual colors may vary from our listing photo and final product. This is due to the fact that each individual computer monitor displays colors differently and everyone perceives colors differently. Please understand that the color on your computer monitor may vary slightly from the actual color. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately illustrates the true color of the final product.

  • What if the item I received has a defect? 
    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

      All items are carefully inspected before they are sent out for delivery. In the rare event you receive an item that has a noticeable defect (to the garment or the design) please do not hesitate to message us with a photo and detailed description. Damage caused by the shipping carrier or improper washing/handling is not our responsibility. Defects are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refunds are not guaranteed.

  • How do I care for my product? 
    • Please read care instructions page.

  • What does "made to order" mean?
    • "Made to order" means that our clothing garments are heat pressed by hand and processed as orders come in. This eliminates the need for excessive inventory stock and unnecessary waste.

  • Why do I see a watermark on each product photo?
    • The design shown is heat pressed directly onto the garment. The watermark shown in the product picture does not appear on the final product. This approach protects against unauthorized copying and distribution of our designs by other brands.
